The beautiful century home had fallen into severe disrepair by the time of its purchase by owners Nancy and Stuart Alexander in 2005.
A leap of inspiration and a dedicated work team led to the birth of The King’s Pearl, a pub named for the original home owner, Pearl, and its location on King Street in Tiverton. Since its official opening in the autumn of 2006, The King’s Pearl has become a favorite meeting place for locals and visitors alike.
